Gujarat is fast becoming the most vibrant state with rapid industrialization and economic growth. The Directorate of Employment & Training, Government of Gujarat has been in the forefront of implementing various skill-building programmes with the aim of helping people to get jobs and this in-turn facilitates Industrial Development.

Introduction of ITI

Industrial Training Institute, Dhrol is located at the rural area. It is running under the control of "The Directorate of Employment and Training, Gandhinagar". The main industrial area of Jamnagar is located at 39 Km from Dhrol is fully Urban area. There are numbers of medium and small size industrial units at Jamnagar Industrial Estate surrounding 30 Kms to 40 Kms away from Dhrol
In the year 1993 institute is started with the goal of providing the training to the people to make them the skilled worker. At that time there are only 4 trades in the institute.At that time instiute is running in rented building which is now having its own building.The institute is running in one shifts having 7 trades and a total intake capacity of 208 seats against which trainees are undergoing training in 3 NCVT as well as 4 GCVT/SCVT trades.

Our Campus

Institute is constructed in 3000 Sq. Mtrs area inclusive of Administrative Block, Workshop, Theory Class, PPP Revenue generation rooms, Staff Room etc.For the uplifting of the trainees there are many extra activities like rangoli competition, seminars like soft skill, MSME etc and sports activities are held at the institute.

Industries and to provide employment to the youth. Keeping this goal in mind we impart training to the trainees in different trades as per the guidelines of Director General of Employment and Training -New Delhi.Domestic and global employment opporunities in various fields are increasing day by day which can be availed by the semi - skilled and multi - skilled trainees passing out from this Institute.
